4. Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive for high-quality scanning and OCR accuracy, KN Apps Studio does not guarantee that scanned documents will be perfectly reproduced or that OCR text extraction will be 100% accurate in all cases. Results may vary depending on document quality, lighting, and handwriting legibility. Do not use OCR results as the sole record for legal, medical or financial documents without manual verification.
5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to period end.
- Manage and cancel subscriptions via App Store Account Settings at any time.
- No refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by law.
6. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all documents and PDF files you create using the App. All files are stored locally on your device. KN Apps Studio has no access to your files and assumes no responsibility for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion or iOS updates. We recommend maintaining regular backups of important documents.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the App — design, code, branding and assets — is the exclusive property of KN Apps Studio. "KN Apps Studio" and "PDF Scanner" are trademarks of KN Apps Studio.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. KN Apps Studio does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that scan and OCR results will be perfectly accurate in all cases.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KN Apps Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including loss of scanned data, inaccurate OCR results, or device storage issues.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
