1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using AI Translate Voice Translator ("the App"), published by KN Apps Studio, you confirm you are at least 4 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Licence to Use
KN Apps Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: copy, modify or distribute the App; reverse engineer any component; use the App for unlawful purposes; or attempt unauthorised access to systems used by the App.
3. Google Cloud Translation API
Translation features in this App are powered by the Google Cloud Translation API. By using the App's translation features, you also agree to Google Cloud's Terms of Service. Translation accuracy is provided on a best-efforts basis. KN Apps Studio is not responsible for inaccuracies in translations produced by the Google Cloud Translation API.
4. Accuracy Disclaimer
Translation results are provided for general informational and communication purposes only. Do not rely on translations for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or other high-stakes decisions. Always verify important translations with a qualified human translator.
5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to period end.
- Manage and cancel subscriptions via App Store Account Settings at any time.
- No refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the App — design, code, branding, text and assets — is the exclusive property of KN Apps Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "KN Apps Studio" and "AI Translate" are trademarks of KN Apps Studio.
7. User Content
Text, voice and images you provide for translation are processed via Google Cloud and are not stored by KN Apps Studio. Your saved Favourites and History are stored locally on your device only. You retain full ownership of your content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. KN Apps Studio does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that translation results will be 100% accurate in all cases.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KN Apps Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including reliance on inaccurate translations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
