These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of AI Translate Voice Translator (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
AI Translate Voice Translator provides translation features including text, voice, image, and language translation tools.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Third-Party Translation Services
The App uses Google Cloud Translation API to process translation requests. Translation accuracy may vary depending on language, internet connection, and source content.
We do not guarantee that translations will always be accurate, complete, or error-free.
Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the App require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchases.
Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple according to Apple’s policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
User Data
The App does not require account creation or login. Most app data is stored locally on your device.
We do not sell your personal data.
Analytics and Diagnostics
We use services such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, RevenueCat, and AppsFlyer to improve app quality, monitor app stability, analyze anonymous usage trends, and manage subscriptions.
Intellectual Property
All rights, trademarks, logos, app designs, and content related to the App are owned by their respective owners and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if users violate these Terms or misuse the services.
